Paytm is hiring for the role of Delivery/CRM - Associate 

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work effectively both independently and as a member of a cross-functional team
• Act as an Analytics Consultant for providing solutions to Clients- business needs.
• Do deep data-driven analysis and collate the data into coherent and logical structures to produce periodic as well as one-off analyses to aid the decision-maker
• Support the analytics needs of the business by analyzing data from multiple sources including CRM data & external data from the clients.
• Identify (existing and new) customer segments where there is a potential for activities to increase customer engagement, sales, or profitability
• Connect transactional analysis with customer data to improve customer offerings.

Requirements: 

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Analytics consultancy or similar background
• Prior experience in data analytic tools & delivering presentations to the clients
• Aptitude for problem-solving and quantitative skills
• Good written and interpersonal skills
• Expertise in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint is a must
• Experience of working on Advanced Analytics  
• Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Self-motivated, Inquisitive and curious, Goal-oriented, detail-oriented, ambitious, and strong ability to follow through on commitments
• Skilled in Effective and persuasive presentations (verbal and written)
