Decisions is hiring for the role of Decisions Developer Engineering (Pre-Sales)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Create POC Requirement Documents based on Customer Needs to highlight key features, data models, front-end components, assumptions, and scope
• Create Wireframes and Mock-ups for the Process in consideration using tools such as Lucid chart, Visio, etc
• Build a data model to include Custom Objects and Entity Relationships
• Configure and Develop the Use Case using Decisions No Code Platform
• Design and Develop UI Components for the POC using Decisions No Code Platform
• Setup Integrations with third-party tools using API and RESTful Services
• Collaborate with the Sales team throughout the Pre-Sales process to be on top of the requirements and include changes/enhancements to the POC as needed
• Handover complete POC Package to the Engineering team for Delivery/Presentation to the customer, which includes the POC Project, Requirements Document, and Wireframes

Requirements:

• Proficient working knowledge of REST APIs and other web services
• Knowledge of related applications, relational databases, and web technology
• Experience with SQL Server, JSON, CSS, C#, HTML, and BPMN/DMN
• Ability to communicate complex concepts and use cases with multiple teams in a clear and professional manner
• Ability to architect a process and build Data Models and Entity Relationships around it
• Knowledge of BPM tools and no-code development is a plus
• Ability to comprehend and understand cross-industry use cases
• Ability to produce POCs with a quick turnaround time and include changes & enhancements as and when needed
• Ability to design must-have and good-to-have features & functionalities as part of the POC that might or might not be part of the requirements to give the Sales team a competitive edge
• Must be a self-starter and a team player
• Passion for technology and the ability to quickly learn all internal systems and features
• Capable of generating and sharing breakthrough ideas
• Proactive, forward-looking, and able to maintain a long-term, big-picture view
• Able to plan for changes, obstacles, and external forces
• B.E./B.Tech. (CS/IT Preferred)
• Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and REST APIs
• Development experience on a SaaS Product is a plus
