ZS Associates is hiring for the role of Decision Analytics Associate Consultant - Digital Customer Experience!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and apply advanced statistical and ML models that help clients solve dynamic business problems;
• Leverage advanced analytical techniques on multiple large datasets to derive robust and actionable insights for clients
• Design custom analyses in Python, R, and Excel to investigate and inform client needs;
• Synthesize and communicate results to clients and ZS teams through oral and written presentations;
• Develop client relationships and serve as key point of contact on day-to-day project aspects;
• Create project deliverables implement solutions and improve ZS’s capabilities
• Guide and mentor Associates and new joiners

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Advance problem-solving skills;
• Mandatory: Advanced Python and R coding skills
• Mandatory: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong knowledge of Data Science concepts (E.g., Stats, Regression, Deep Learning). GenAI knowledge will be a plus
• Preferred experience in other data-driven consulting/pharma firms - specifically having worked on sales and marketing data (E.g., Marketing Mix, Next Best Action, etc.,)
• Preferred experience working in the global delivery model
• Storyboarding abilities on PowerPoint (PPT)
• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, and strong academic performance with analytic and quantitative coursework are required;
• 2 - 4 years of relevant post-collegiate job experience. An MBA/PhD may substitute in place of work experience;

• Strong oral and written communication skills;
