Siemens is hiring for the role of Debug Engineer Electronic Technology- PCBA Manufacturing!

Responsibilities of the job:

• Study electronic schematics, Circuit diagrams, and electrical specs for PCBAs/ components.
• Troubleshoot and repair circuit board assemblies.
• Analyze, Debug, and test to find the fault/defect on PCBA.
• Use of quality tools for Root cause analysis & initiate & implement corrective & preventive actions.
• Make and Maintain a Debug guide based on data, and defect trends.
• Compilation of Debug data/reports and responsible for data analysis.
• Coordinate with the Production team to reduce/eliminate defects.
• Maintain and improve 5s on the shop.
• Perform the Mirror Man function in the PCBA assembly area to arrest defects during the manufacturing process.
• Identify unsafe conditions and report the same.
• Needs to work in 3 shifts

Requirements of the job;

• Knowledge of electronic circuits (Analog as well as Digital) & electronic components passive as well as Active.
• Problem-solving Skills.
• Use of Measuring equipment
• Diploma in Electronics, Electronics & telecommunication with 3 to 5 years of related experience.
• BE Electronics, Electronics & telecommunication with 2 to 4 years of related experience.
