IDFC First Bank is hiring for the role of Debt Manager!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Manage and undertake collections process for debts that have been assigned.
- Track the portfolio for specific buckets for the assigned area.
- Track & control the delinquency of the area, Bucket-wise & DPD and focus on non-starters.
- Be responsible for allocating and achieve targets from agencies/in-house teams.
- Follow up with the default customers.
- Ensure adherence to collection process and legal guidelines.
- Trace out absconded default customers and initiate recovery process.
- Recommend legal actions for non-recoverable cases and follow up with the legal team for the closure of the cases.
- Maintain data for administrative work related to collection such as updating delinquent account history providing and maintaining MIS report, and reviewing of collection feedback on daily, weekly & monthly basis.
Requirements:
- Graduation: Bachelor’s in engineering / Technology / Maths / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers / Management.
