Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Reviewing documents and compiling indexes to facilitate information searches.
• Fulfilling letters and documentation requirements.
• Managing daily tickets and processing tasks promptly.
• Providing support for special projects and other tasks as needed.
• Billing time to ensure clients' billings are correct.
• Ensuring quality service to existing clients. Identifying process improvement ideas.
• Identifying process improvement ideas.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate/pursuing final year
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Possess analytical and problem-solving skills
• Can work on Microsoft Office or related software
• Should be able to manage the basic data processing activities for various projects
• Preferred:
  • High integrity and discretion to ensure the confidentiality of sensitive client data
