Capgemini is hiring for the role of Datacenter Storage Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Act as an escalation point for technical guidance and nontechnical and management level for all major incidents, major change planning and driving new customer intake, overall risk management, and other discussions involving other leads across service lines or regions.
• Act as SME for Incident management, change management problem management process
• Be responsible for the operations across Storage Data Protection environments.
• Take ownership of monitoring reporting first-level incidents and alerts, basic administration with the help of standard work instructions, and assisting LP LM teams on inputs required during new builds, administration, and decommissioning activities of Storage Data Protection products.
• Contribute to Capacity performance reports as part of their role.
