About this Job
- Managing the contactable customer base to ensure all data is accurate, valid, reliable, relevant, and complete
- Sizing markets’ potential accounts and contacts, and leading the process to close data gaps where required
- Conducting data hygiene checks and data privacy compliance
- Enabling positive trends of global opt-in for phone and email, database growth at the site and contact level supported by profile depth and efficient data usage
- Working with regional marketing teams to establish targets to support targets
- Managing local data qualification efforts
- Measuring ROI through Visibility efforts
Requirements:
- A deep understanding of data cleansing, validation, and segmentation techniques
- 2-3 years experience in CRM and marketing automation systems and processes
- Cross-functional team experience
- Understanding of global data privacy parameters
