Database Associate Trainees Job in Chennai at Brandidea Consultancy Pvt Ltd

Responsibilities:

• Data-enter and upload all donations with high accuracy to support financial reporting and fundraising efforts; special focus on high-touch gift entry and reporting, however, knowledge and support of all gift entry activities will be critical;
• Perform daily gift quality control and other regular data hygiene review processes;
• Provide backup for keying and maintaining matching and sustainer gifts;
• Perform frequent imports and uploads of other key donor, activity or gift-related data;
• Create protocols to maintain consistent and accurate data during transfer, storage and retrieval;
• Support onboarding and training of new colleagues in the HQ and USP offices;
• Provide additional back-up to colleagues as requested;
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in current and new technologies;
• Create reports to support overall fundraising objectives;
• Participate in special projects as needed

Requirments:

• Position Reports to: Director, Database and Gift Management
• Position directly supervises: n/a
• Indirect Resources: IRC donor databases and vendors
• Other Internal and/or external contacts :
• Internal: Regular interaction with teams across the Global Partnerships & Philanthropy department to facilitate requests and coordinate technical solutions, as well as with the Finance department. Supports the Data & Analytics Unit by ensuring gifts are entered accurately and quickly.
• External: Coordinate with third party mail processing vendor regularly, and other key Data & Analytics vendors.
