Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited is hiring for the job role of Data Visualization - Assistant IT Manager / IT Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Understands and applies Information Technology standards to daily support and project implementation activities.
• Document detailed specifications of configuration design, test, and training programs.
• Maintain production systems reliability through correct utilization of GIT standard support and Governance processes.
• Support day-to-day business requirements according to Global SLA, respond to emergencies (24/7), and sometimes work in shifts.
• Deliver solutions to tackle business requirements considering priorities and resources available.
• Partner with internal information technology organizations such as Global Applications & Americas, regional shared service organizations, risk management as well as business shared service organizations and business functions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with GIT Peers, Business partners, customers, and external resources.
• Participate or Lead and coordinate Project Implementation across the divisions.
• Collaborate with other GIT and external partners to deliver business requirements.
• Ensure the proper use of Information Technology project management GIT 5 project management methodology to comply with Information Technology governance practices.

Requirements:

• At least 5-6 years of experience in different visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, Sigma, Domo, Data Studio, etc.
• At least 2-3 years of experience with cloud data warehousing/big data environments like Snowflakes, BigQuery, Google Cloud storage, etc., and Airflow would be a plus.
• At least 2-3 of experience with RDBMS especially SQL, and MySQL.
• Demonstrates ability in data modeling, ETL development, and Data warehousing.
• Knowledge of data management fundamentals and data storage principles.
• Working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases.
• Knowledge of Git for version control.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, excellent communication & conceptual skills.
• Strong ability to adapt and work effectively with a variety of situations, technologies, individuals, and cultures.
• Lead and drive Team towards common objective as a people manager.
