Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Research businesses and use data entry tool to add additional contact information
• Review company and contact records within CDP databases and make informed decisions to rectify duplicates
• Review and process records within queues to determine if records meet requirements for database standards
• Perform predefined database updates using developed web applications
• Must have a basic understanding of database structure
• Must be a quick learner with the ability to follow instruction
• Complies with all Company policies and procedures as well as Federal, State, and local regulations.
• Demonstrates dependability and reliability by being punctual, working assigned shifts, and completing responsibilities in a timely manner.
• Interacts politely and effectively with customers, fellow employees, and business partners.
• Talks with, listens to, and signals others to effectively exchange information; receives or gives direction; and effectively works as part of a team.
• Maintain a flexible work schedule to accommodate account/client needs.
• Must maintain and keep the confidentiality of all customer, client, and company information in accordance with the confidentiality agreement signed at the commencement of employment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of High School Diploma and 1 year of data entry experience.
• Proficient in researching businesses and using data entry tools to add accurate and comprehensive contact information.
• Basic understanding of database structures and the ability to navigate and work within databases effectively.
• Review company and contact records within Customer Data Platform (CDP) databases to identify and rectify duplicates.
• Review and process records within queues, ensuring they meet established requirements for database standards.
• Perform predefined database updates using developed web applications.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
• Interact politely and effectively with customers, fellow employees, and business partners.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills, including the ability to receive and give direction.
