SHL is hiring for the role of Data Tools and Automation Consultant!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Map AS-IS/TO-BE processes, quantify value, and prioritize an automation backlog using an impact × feasibility model.
• Build and maintain scalable data tools aligned with SaaS industry requirements and high-volume online web hosting environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities that reduce costs, increase process efficiency, and enhance revenue analytics.
• Where needed, use deterministic rules or classic ML (e.g., regression/classification) with clear features, thresholds, and fallbacks.
• Define baselines and KPIs (time saved, accuracy vs. SME, exception rate, adoption); run controlled pilots and iterate.
• Ensure data governance, quality, and compliance in automation frameworks while staying current with industry trends to implement best practices. Communicate effectively across stakeholders to align solutions with business needs and maintain thorough documentation of workflows, scripts, and automations. 

Requirements:

• Proven experience converting pain points into automation delivering measurable ROI
• Hands-on RPA platforms Python or JavaScript for connectors validations data-prep
• Expertise in cloud hosting DevOps CI/CD automation deployment databases integration
