SHL is hiring for the role of Data Tools and Automation Consultant!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Deliver high-quality automation tools aligned with KPIs and SLAs, ensuring operational efficiency and continuous process improvement.
• Assist leadership in identifying automation opportunities, developing solutions to enhance efficiency, and optimizing workflow processes.
• Act as the primary escalation point for internal and external concerns, ensuring timely resolution and smooth operations.
• Maintain and prioritize tasks effectively, providing direction to the team while ensuring seamless project execution.
• Design, implement, and maintain automation solutions, including process efficiency tools, client reports, and productivity tracking systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, address difficulties, and implement continuous improvements based on stakeholder needs.
• Stay updated on market trends, share knowledge within the team, and ensure finest practices in automation and data tools.
• Structure and deliver reports, track project progress, and provide insights to key stakeholders for data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

• Python and its different libraries understanding and hands on experience. 
• SQL & Databases: Proficient in SQL, Exasol, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MS SQL; experienced in tool integration.
• Cloud & APIs: Skilled in AWS, Azure, and APIs for automation and scalable infrastructure..
• Experience to assess, conceptualize, and execute data-driven automation solutions.
• Understanding of machine learning, big data, and predictive automation.
• Experience with ETL, data visualization, and reporting using Tableau.
• Proficiency in version control, GitHub, and collaborative coding workflows.
