S&P Global is hiring for the role of Data Steward!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Work on the Transactions Data Stewards team's ongoing projects from start to finish
- Liaison with UAT testers, and Scrum teams to ensure all the tasks meet accuracy standards apart from meeting the sprint deadlines.
- Facilitate scrum events, i.e. sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives, and stakeholder meetings
- Create and update documentation for newly developed processes
- Assist in the creation of the system design and functional specifications for all new projects
- To identify and work on data audits using SQL to improve data accuracy
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related software technology field
- Understanding of Agile framework and methodologies
- Familiarity with Microsoft TFS/Azure
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, i.e. Vlookup, pivot tables fuzzy lookup, etc
