Moody's is hiring for the role of Data Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Conduct comprehensive data analysis with a focus on entity resolution to identify, differentiate, and match entities across multiple datasets.
• Utilize tools such as SQL and Excel to manipulate and analyze data, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and detail.
• Extract and interpret trends from data analysis, translating these insights into clear requirements for the software development team to implement.
• Collaborate closely with IT professionals and developers to ensure the accurate execution of requirements and to validate the integration of new solutions.
• Monitor and verify the outcomes of implemented solutions, ensuring they meet the predefined criteria and do not adversely affect existing data quality.
• Continually assess and refine the entity resolution process to enhance data quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in data analysis and entity resolution techniques.

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field, a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Must have 2-4 Years of proven experience in data analysis and management
• Experience with SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools.
• Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable requirements for technical teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with fluency in English, to effectively convey trends and requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
