Blackrock is hiring for the role of Data Solutions Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Supporting client requests related to the Green Package analytics that involve platform configuration changes that impact how data gets processed and delivered to clients.
• Standardizing and documenting different process configuration steps within Green Package production while identifying inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Engaging with other internal teams to creatively think and deliver innovative solutions with the aim of improving Green Package processes, increasing product quality, and delivering quicker results.
• Adopting a data-driven approach to problem-solving, involving meticulous collection and analysis of large data sets, while maintaining keen attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in analyzing existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to optimize efficiency, productivity, and quality. Knowledge of process mapping, value stream analysis, Lean Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies would be valuable.
• Familiarity with change management methodologies, communication planning, stakeholder engagement, and training strategies to facilitate adoption and minimize resistance.
• Strong analytical skills to gather and interpret data, perform trend analysis, and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in using SQL and tools to aggregate and visualize data is preferred.
• Experience in managing projects, including defining project scope, creating timelines, setting goals, and tracking progress. Ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and project management tools (ADO, …) would be beneficial.
• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to develop good working relationships with stakeholders and peers.
• Ability to identify root causes of process inefficiencies or bottlenecks, think critically, and propose innovative solutions.
• Proficiency in critical thinking to evaluate alternatives and assess potential risks and benefits of process changes.
• A proactive and enthusiastic attitude toward driving continuous improvement and embracing change.
• Willingness to stay updated with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and new methodologies related to process optimization and change management.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, navigate ambiguity, and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to adjust plans and strategies as needed, while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality results.
