HP is hiring for the role of Data Scientist III!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Apply statistical forecasting algorithms for short-term and long-term business projections in the Personal system sector.
• Utilize machine learning and deep learning techniques to enhance the accuracy of statistical forecasting.
• Develop business narratives using storytelling and visualization methods to align with the Demand Planning team.
• Present analytical insights to the management team effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any other relevant field.
• 4 to 8 years of experience in Demand Planning or Forecasting within a Product Based or Consultancy organization.
• Proficiency in POWER BI and statistical forecasting techniques (e.g., Time series, Holt Winter, Regression analysis, ARIMA, ARIMAX).
• Strong skills in R/Python, including knowledge of Machine Learning techniques such as Random Forest/Decision Trees and Deep Learning.
• Proficiency in visualization tools like Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Familiarity with databases such as MS SQL or Oracle SQL.
• Exposure to Cloud solutions such as AWS or Microsoft Azure is advantageous.
• Ability to design analytics solutions, simulations, and models to address business problems effectively.
