ITC Infotech is hiring for the role of Data Scientist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Responsible for providing Analytics Consulting, in tandem with the Business Consultants, and would be responsible for the end-to-end cycle from scoping the problem, and designing the approach to ensuring the complete delivery of the solutions.
• Leading and executing by himself and if required guiding the team of Associate Data Scientists in solving analytically complex business problems in the areas of customer analytics/campaign/price/risk/cost-space optimization/network planning/assortment planning /rationalization/demand forecasting etc. by using appropriate analytical algorithms, tools and techniques to draw actionable insights.

Requirements:

• 2-6 years of hands-on analytics experience in executing projects pertaining to Advanced Analytics involving advanced statistics and machine learning algorithms /Deep Learning algorithms.
• Must have hands-on experience with data management and quantitative modeling.
• Hands-on experience in Advanced Analytics software like Python/Scala (must have), R/SPARK
• Proficient in SQL or similar database query language.
• Proficient in MS Office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in analytical techniques.
• Ability to think strategically and analytically in order to effectively assess each opportunity.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Willingness to travel on short assignments on short notice.
