Wisemonk is hiring for the role of Data Scientist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Innovation and research management
• Work in an interdisciplinary environment, coordinate with multiple SMEs, and lead the development of the algorithms
• Use the sophisticated machine learning and data analytics tools/libraries to realize usable, reliable, and scalable models (machine learning and deep-data analytics)
• Conceptualize, design, and develop various data science and machine learning framework
• Lead theoretical and experimental validation of developed algorithms (internal and external)
• Understand the industry/client needs and manage the development efforts in the right directio
• Lead the projects and serve clients without compromising the deadline
• Manage a team of scientists (Data and subject matter experts) and channel their efforts to meet the objectives of the company.

Requirements:

• You have the ability to analyze complex technical problems, apply data analysis and machine learning techniques, and have the ability to actively develop solutions for the clients’ demands
• A high degree of knowledge & experience in mathematical modeling, building algorithms - deep analytics - predictive analytics, and advanced machine learning, etc.
• Proven experience in developing algorithms and conducting algorithm/model validation in a fast-paced environment (simulation and real experiments)
• Research publications on mathematical modeling, optimization, application of AI/ML, and big data modeling in reputed scientific journals
• Excellent project management skills
