Avanse is hiring for the role of Data Scientist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Analytics Driven Strategy Formulation including Social Media Insights, Competitive Intelligence, Bureau Data & Alternative Data Sources
• Analyse large amounts of raw information to find patterns & trends to make better-informed decisions
• Build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms to address business problems
• Propose analytical & data-driven solutions and strategies to business challenges
• Implement new statistical or other mathematical methodologies as needed for specific models or analysis
• Monitor existing statistical models, policies, and strategies for improvements
• Presenting information using data visualization techniques
• Communicate results and ideas to key decision-makers

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of proven experience in Business Analytics working in Banking / Financial Services or IT industry
• Sound understanding of various Unsecured / Secured Lending Products
• Highly analytical with a knack for analysis, math, and statistics
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills for interpreting data
• Passion for machine learning and solving new problems
• Experience in data mining
