Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Take charge of understanding complex problem statements and implementing data science solutions with finesse.

• Develop and deliver AI/ML-based solutions across a spectrum of challenges, from customer segmentation to media mix optimization.
• Work seamlessly with different teams to implement models and monitor outcomes effectively.
• Lead engaging conversations with clients to integrate and communicate analysis findings effectively.
• Take the helm in driving standalone projects as a program manager and mentor junior consultants to greatness.

Requirements: 

• Recent IIT graduate eager to apply theoretical knowledge in practical, real-world situations.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Python and SQL is a must, with familiarity in tools like Plotly and Databricks
• Agile Mindset: Experience in agile project planning and project management is highly valued.
• Industry Insight: Domain knowledge in automotive, transportation, or retail is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional oral and written communication skills are crucial for effective collaboration.
• Analytical Acumen: Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills are essential for success in this role.
