Loyaltics is hiring for the role of Data Scientist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
• Learn and pick up a new language/tool/ platform quickly.
• Conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality solutions and insightful analysis.
• Conduct research and prototyping.
• Ensure Data and requirements gathering.
• Collaborate and Coordinate with different functional teams (DE and Product development) to implement models and monitor outcomes.
• Deliver AI/ML-based solutions around a host of problems: Hypothesis testing, Z test, T test, ANOVA, Customer Segmentation & Targeting, Propensity Modelling, EDA, etc.
• Perform development & deployment of solutions that leverage data sciences & advanced analytics to drive incremental value for a retail business (RFM analysis, Mission segmentation, Price Optimization, Promo Optimization, CLTV etc.)

Requirements: 

• Must-have:
  • Python - Expert Level
  • SQL - Expert
  • Pyspark – Intermediate
  • Databricks – Intermediate
  • JIRA or similar tool – Beginner/Intermediate
  • 1+ years of experience in data science and consulting (Retail industry preferred)
  • Ability to understand the problem statement and implement data science solutions & techniques independently
  • Comfortable with working in an Agile way of development
• Good to have: 
  • Knowledge of any visualization tool
  • Understanding of cloud infra and architecture
  • Experience in Retail domain
