Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop advanced algorithms to solve high-dimensional problems efficiently and effectively.
• Apply statistical and data mining techniques such as hypothesis testing, machine learning, and information retrieval on large datasets.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to integrate and communicate analytical findings.
• Evaluate and explore emerging datasets and technologies for potential integration into analytical platforms.
• Lead development of select tools/assets, focusing on scalable solutions using generative AI and deep learning.
• Integrate engineering principles into data science workflows to enhance performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Work with engineering teams to deploy data science models into production environments.
• Follow software engineering best practices, including version control, code review, testing, and documentation, to ensure reliable and reproducible workflows.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science or Statistics from a premier institute with strong academic performance in analytical and quantitative coursework.
• 1–3 years of experience in Data Science with proficiency in generative AI, deep learning, statistical techniques, and engineering integration for scalable solutions.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or R.
• Familiarity with big data and advanced analytics concepts (e.g., text mining, social listening, recommender systems, predictive modeling).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a research-oriented mindset.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and professional maturity.
• Exposure to Generative AI and its practical applications is a plus.
