Data, Reporting and Process Improvement Analyst Job in Gurgaon at AXA XL

AXA XL is hiring role of Data, Reporting and Process Improvement Analyst!

Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing processes and workflows related to sourcing and procurement to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.
• Utilize SharePoint to create, manage, and optimize workflows and document management systems specific to procurement activities.
• Write custom code and scripts to enhance SharePoint functionalities and automate sourcing and procurement processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement process changes in sourcing and procurement.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of process improvements and report on progress, particularly in procurement efficiency.
• Provide training and support to team members on new processes, SharePoint tools, and procurement best practices.
• Remain up to date with the latest SharePoint features and best practices to ensure optimal usage in sourcing and procurement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in process improvement roles, with a focus on sourcing and procurement operations.
• Advanced proficiency in SharePoint, including experience with SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, and coding in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus.
