Schneider Electric is hiring for the role of Data Quality Analyst: Data Support & Adoption (FTC Position)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Execute data quality improvement plan:
  • Perform data quality control by picking (the most important task)
  • Extend analysis to the full/relevant data scope to identify all impacted data and act globally on their quality
  • Define the required corrective & preventive actions and respective owners (PIM contributor, Support & Adoption team)
  • Ensure users are not bypassing the quality rules i.e. focus on quality & consistency and not only on completeness
• Drive continuous user education:
  • For any detected non-compliance, connect with the contributor for user education/coaching and to prevent reoccurrence
  • Based on identified issues, help the “Data Quality Lead” to identify and organize the most appropriate user knowledge improvement
  • Continuously enrich the Offer data & assets online knowledge base (i.e. formalize most frequent issues into “how to” use cases)

Requirements:

• Key skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of “Offer Data & Assets Related Guidelines”
  • Knowledge of advanced Excel is must have
  • Knowledge of SQL queries, Access is nice to have
