Moody's is hiring for the role of Data Management Associate!

Responsibility of the Candidate:

• Provide a wide range of support functions to the Methodology Development
• Group in maintaining methodology and assessment framework documents.
• Maintain trackers and analyst contact lists.
• Conduct pre- and post publication reviews of documents to ensure adherence to style guidelines and quality
• Create and manage document files in content management system
• Proactively identify and escalate publishing issues as necessary
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in business administration, finance, data analytics or related field
• 1-3 years in supporting publication of financial research such as content/data management and quality control
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and administrative management skills
• Exceptional attention to detail in working with and reviewing written content
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to understand and quickly adapt to new processes and changing needs
• Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SharePoint helpful but not required; familiarity with publishing content management systems is a plus
• A positive, outgoing attitude with good interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong professional relationships with both local and global stakeholders
