Data Insights Analyst Job at JLL

JLL is hiring for the role of Data Insights Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Collaborate with the Facilities Management team and other stakeholders to understand their objectives, challenges, and opportunities. Tailor data analysis to address specific needs, providing accurate business usage and interpretation.
• Translate business inquiries into a comprehensive data analysis plan. Execute these analyses, and convert the results into actionable recommendations and concrete answers to address specific business needs.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to extract meaningful insights from data. Communicate these findings in a clear and concise manner, fostering effective collaboration and understanding among team members.
• Review and analyze existing dashboards and facilities management-related data to identify patterns, trends, and potential areas for improvement.
• Proactively address ad hoc data queries by developing, executing, and overseeing streamlined data management processes. Ensure the timely and precise delivery of information for assigned projects.
• Ensure data reliability through assessments and validation. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve data issues, ensuring correctness and addressing root causes promptly.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in data analysis, continuously improving methodologies and approaches.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in facilities management or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, adept at managing and analyzing raw data. Proficient in researching data issues, drawing sound conclusions, providing effective resolutions, and developing actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in Excel functions related to data manipulation, analysis, and visualization. Experience in defining and understanding data requirements.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and establish positive relationships with cross-functional teams.
