Data Entry Operator Job in Delhi at Govindam Enviro Engineering Private Limited

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter customer and account data into designated computer systems and databases
• Review and verify the accuracy of entered data and correct any errors or inconsistencies
• Maintain and update database information as needed
• Respond to queries for information and access relevant files as necessary
• Ensure data security and confidentiality at all times
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure data consistency and completeness
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
• Identify and report any data discrepancies or issues to management
• Adhere to established company policies and procedures
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Proven data entry work experience or similar position preferred
• Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is preferred
• Familiarity with MS Office and data programs
• Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Demonstrated discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
