Data Entry Operator Job in Delhi at Awl logistics

AWL Logistics is hiring for the role of Data Entry Operator!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Input data accurately and efficiently into a warehouse management system (WMS) or other designated software
• Maintain and update inventory records, including item descriptions, quantities, and locations
• Assist in the tracking and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies
• Generate reports as needed for inventory levels, stock movement, and other warehouse metrics
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate and timely data entry
• Perform regular audits of data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance data management efficiency
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data security and confidentiality
• Provide support to other warehouse functions as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar software is preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
