Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently type, transcribe, and validate data.
• Review and cross-check data for errors or inconsistencies.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of entered data.
• Maintain and update databases and records as needed.
• Organize and file documents and records in a systematic manner.
• Perform regular quality checks on data to identify and rectify errors.
• Generate reports and summaries based on the entered data when required.
• Communicate data-related findings to the relevant team members or supervisors.
• Keep accurate records of data entry activities and tasks completed.
• Maintain documentation of data sources and data-related processes.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in typing and data entry with minimal errors.
• Knowledge of data entry software and tools, such as Microsoft Excel.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data input and verification.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Basic knowledge of data security and confidentiality.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and report issues.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
