Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring for the role of Data Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Solve real-life complex problems and contribute to building an analytics platform supporting diverse analytical/machine learning requirements.
- Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts through iterative development processes.
- Learn and apply new technologies for constructing scalable and robust production systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science or equivalent.
- 5 to 8 years of experience as a Data/Backend Engineer.
- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or Scala.
- Proficient in SQL authoring.
- Technical expertise with tools such as Spark, Flink, Storm, Kafka, and Elastic Search.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services, including EC2, S3, EMR, RDS, Redshift, Lambda, and Step Functions (Good to have).
- Exposure to stream-processing systems like Spark-Streaming, Flink, and Kafka Streams.
- Experience with relational SQL and/or NoSQL databases: MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB, and Cassandra.
- Familiarity with data pipeline orchestrating tools, such as Airflow and Luigi (Good to have).
- Proficiency in modern software development practices, including Agile, TDD, and CI/CD
