• Pinpoint and manage risks associated with transformation initiatives, taking decisive action where required.
• Head transformation initiatives from inception to implementation, ensuring specified OKRs are attained, and business cases are realized.
• Manage a portfolio of transformations, guaranteeing synergy across different operational flows and units.
