Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Annotate data accurately and efficiently for various workflows, meeting quality and production targets.
• Follow guidelines and SOPs to ensure quality compliance.
• Contribute to project improvement and operational excellence.
• Respond to stakeholders promptly with guidance.
• Escalate issues impacting deliverables or operations.
• Analyze data, identify trends, and recommend rule-based solutions.
• Handle sensitive topics like adult content, religious issues, and potentially offensive products.
• Troubleshoot process issues and conduct root cause analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in engineering or data science or equivalent.
• Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N3 or above) and English (verbal, written, reading).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Passion for customer experience and composure under pressure.
• Ability to meet challenging goals within a defined SLA.
