Hella is hiring for the role of Data Analytics Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Data Processing and Analysis
• Perform data analysis using tools and platforms based on the requirements of internal projects across various business functions. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance of processed data.
• Driving Data Analytics Projects
• Analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights, define KPIs, and support strategic decisions. Understand what needs to be done to reach specific target states.
• Understanding the Business Context
• Interpret data within the real-world context of FORVIA HELLA’s independent aftermarket business areas. Leverage domain knowledge to make sense of the numbers and deliver relevant, meaningful solutions.
• Cross-Functional Communication
• Translate technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language to support collaboration with non-technical stakeholders.
• Building Networks and Navigating Complexity
• Interact with stakeholders across departments, including IT, Digitalization, Product
• Management, and others. Understand the internal ecosystem and proactively reach out to the right people to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2 years plus
• A degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in data analytics, data interpretation, and dashboard/report development
• Ability to read and work with code (TypeScript knowledge preferred, Python or SQL a plus)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with an understanding of business processes and KPIs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience working in international teams and across time zones
• Proactive mindset, self-driven, and capable of independently driving topics to completion
• Experience with Palantir Foundry, Power BI, or similar data platforms is an advantage
