Fluence is hiring for the role of Data Analytics Expert!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for performance analytics, and predictive and prescriptive service business models of the Fluence energy storage assets (enabling future digital service models).
• Identify key measures for the improvement of availability, further contracted performance indicators, and guide the regional teams on maximizing asset performance.
• Monitor fleet key metrics to identify operational issues and drive actions to correct them.
• Drive data automation initiatives to optimize the performance analytics function.
• Support global sales and commercial teams on all performance data requests.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers on performance concerns and technical issues supporting the Field Service Engineering team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Controls Engineering or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in Field services in the Energy/Power Sector, Product Reliability Engineering, Field Issue investigations, and Remote Monitoring Diagnostics.
• Thorough understanding of how to analyze the performance of an energy storage asset.
• Proven experience in data management & analytics functions, preferably in the energy storage or renewable energy sector.
• Ability to manoeuvre in a Multinational Company set up across the globe.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
