ABB Group is hiring for the position of Data Analytics & BI Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports. Executing quantitative analyses that translate data into actionable insights.
• Establishing expertise in designing new dashboards, identifying the right metrics and layout; displaying proficiency in building dashboards using best practices and intuitive visualization.
• Identifying and adopting as well as defining new patterns standards and processes and ensuring their appropriate adoption and solutions development.
• Analyzing reports and identifying areas where improvements can be made and managing bugs for troubleshooting the reporting environment.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams comprising of Sales, Finance, Operations and other key business stakeholders to craft solution based on the requirement.
• Keeping abreast on latest technology architecture trends through continuous learning. Learning the business and domain / functional use cases to be able to architect and design right solutions for business needs.
• Proactively identifying metrics and implementing methods for understanding customer needs and sentiment to further their efficiency and performance through active development.
• Ensuring to deliver user-friendly analytics insights by improving and adapting through continuous solutions delivery with active feedback from customers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with Information Systems/ Finance management or related qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in digital technology and solutions, familiar with operation systems and knowledge about Power BI and other data visualization tools
• Good cross-functional skills, can do attitude, collaboration mindset
• Preferred to have basic knowledge about financial systems, SAP, SFDC
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence both internally and externally
