JP Morgan is hiring for the role of Data Analytics Associate!

Responsibilities of the candidate:

• Owns the execution of a task or work stream as an individual contributor
• Proactively engages with stakeholders and gathers business requirements
• Coordinates preparation or availability of data or technology assets
• Performs research needed to support project activities
• Performs complex analytics and data pulls autonomously
• Independently delivers engagements in a timely and concise manner
• Ensures quality of analyses and documentation and alignment with internal processes and controls
• Presents analytical results owns production and go-live activities

Requirements:

• Extensive development and testing experience with automation and data visualization tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, UiPath etc.
• Working knowledge of a variety of databases and database concepts such as SQL, Oracle, etc.
• Proficient with complex data sets with the ability to draw conclusions and present findings
• Demonstrated ability to work on data analysis tasks independently
• Possesses Problem-solving skills with minimum supervision along with strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex issues
• Able to quickly establish rapport, build partnerships and collaborate effectively
• Adapts to change with a positive mindset
• Ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment
• Passionate about data and technology and showcases willingness to learn and upskill
