Responsibilities:

• Analyze large and complex healthcare data sets using various analytical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Interpret data to provide actionable recommendations and insights to support informed decision-making within the organization.
• Customize and optimize dashboards to meet the specific needs of different departments within the healthcare company.
• Apply predictive modeling techniques to forecast trends and outcomes related to patient care, resource allocation, and healthcare operations.
• Evaluate the accuracy and effectiveness of predictive models and refine them as necessary to improve forecasting capabilities.
• Ensure data integrity and quality by conducting data cleaning, validation, and verification processes.
• Effectively communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
• Ensure compliance with data protection policies and best practices to maintain data security and privacy.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Understanding of healthcare data systems, electronic health records (EHRs), and healthcare terminologies is a plus.
