Innovaccer is hiring for the role of Data Analyst - Value Engineering!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work as part of the project team to manage the data processing and reporting functions associated with data and performance of big data
• Create reports
• Create, run, and validate the queries on Big Data Databases
• Do data manipulation and create JSON configurations based on standard definitions for quality measures (Running of Measures)
• Check for the degree of correctness (Uploading the Score key)
• Analyze the mismatched result and discuss it with the team. (Finding the Key Issues for mismatch)
• Work with other teams for different clients with the same work but different challenges
• Provide support to other teams for data validation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or healthcare information technology with <2 years of experience
• Experience with writing JSON and SQL queries is required. The ability to write Python queries and or ability to work with Power BI will be a bonus.
• Well versed with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and presentation products 
• Have very strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Be detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Have worked and succeeded as an individual contributor.
• Ability to understand complex requirements and derive solutions.
• Ability to learn quickly and desire to take on new challenges.
• Ability to compare and contrast data between system builds/code updates.
• Ability to work on multiple assignments and achieve objectives and deadlines.
• Quick learner with an interest in big data.
• Knowledge of HEDIS quality measures will be a bonus.
