GlobalLogic is hiring for the role of Data Analyst – Tableau Developer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards and data visualizations, ensuring data accuracy and optimal performance.
• Architect efficient data models and structures for Tableau reports, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Leverage Tableau’s advanced features like Tableau server, calculated fields, LOD expressions, and scripting (Python/R) for data transformation and analysis.
• Provide technical guidance to team members and lead Tableau development best practices, code reviews, and design sessions.
• Identify and resolve performance issues in Tableau workbooks, optimizing dashboards for large datasets and complex calculations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable insights and interactive dashboards.
• Ability to analyze complex requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Tableau visualizations to ensure seamless user experience.

Requirements:

• Bachler’s or Master’s degree in any STEM disciplines:
• Microsoft Azure
• Tableau
• Databricks
• Python
• SQL
• Proven experience in developing and working Tableau driven dashboards, analytics.
• Ability to query and display large data sets while maximizing the performance of workbook.
• Ability to interpret technical or dashboard structure and translate complex business requirements to technical specifications.
• Working knowledge of Tableau administrator/architecture.
• Advanced Tableau development skills required.
• High-level competency in Excel (macros, pivot tables, etc.).
• Understanding of advanced calculations and statistical functions.
• A solid understanding of SQL, relational database management system, data modeling, and normalization
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
