Genpact is hiring for the role of Data Analyst Python Consultant!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Solve business problems using advanced data analytics tools like Python, R, and GenAI solutions
• Identify opportunities for automation
• Identify use cases to suggest solutions. Interact with clients to understand their requirements
• Maintain a prioritized backlog for the development and implementation of automation solution
• Fix bugs and enhance existing automation solutions
• End-to-end project management includes day-to-day delivery, reporting, escalations, etc
• Stakeholder management: Collaborate with clients, tech teams, and Genpact stakeholders to achieve project objectives
• Communicate and coordinate with different teams and act as a point of contact for end users for any data-related requests or service issues

Requirements:

• Any Graduate
• MBA / M.Tech (preferred)
• Agile Certified is good to have
• Should have prior experience in Data analysis and automation
• Strong Excel & VBA skills are a must
• Working knowledge of SQL and Python is a must
• Should have a working knowledge of GenAI
• Working knowledge of Tableau, Spotfire, or other visualization tools is an added advantage
• Good communication skills and a highly proactive approach
• Ability to manage & prioritize deliverables
• Ability to learn and apply new processes and tools
• Process-oriented awareness of Lean Six Sigma
