Taxmann is hiring for the role of Data Analyst - Power Query M!

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, process, and analyze large data sets from various sources.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI for actionable insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in all reporting solutions.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data models and visualizations.
• Optimize queries and data models for efficient performance in Power BI.
• Identify trends, correlations, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Collaborate with IT, finance, and other departments to align data strategies with business objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and visualization.
• Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling, and Report Creation).
• Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and managing databases.
• Familiarity with Excel, Python, or R for advanced data analysis (preferred).
• Experience in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Ability to work with large data sets and deliver meaningful insights.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
