Guidewire is hiring for the role of Data Analyst - CSA Operations!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Extract, transform, and analyze data from Salesforce to provide meaningful insights into sales performance, customer behavior, and overall business trends.
• Develop and maintain customized reports and dashboards within Salesforce to visualize key performance indicators and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of Salesforce data by conducting regular audits, data cleansing activities, and implementing best practices for data hygiene.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to understand data requirements and provide actionable insights to enhance business processes.
• Collaborate in designing and implementing data models that align with business needs, ensuring scalability and efficiency in Salesforce data architecture.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance data quality, reporting processes, and data-driven strategies within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Provide training to end-users on Salesforce data analytics best practices and maintain documentation for reference.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in data analysis, with a focus on Salesforce (SFDC).
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce reporting and analytics tools.
• Advanced skills in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
• Knowledge of data modeling and database design principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Data Architecture and Management Designer) are a plus.
• Thoughtspot and/or Snowflake experience is not required but is a plus.
