Key Responsibilities:

• Input data from various sources into the organization's databases and systems with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, making necessary corrections or updates as needed.
• Maintain and update existing records in the database, ensuring that the data is up-to-date and accurate.
• Maintain records of data entry activities, including source documents and changes made to data.
• Follow data security protocols to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.
• Generate and distribute reports and summaries based on the data entered as needed.
• Follow data entry guidelines and procedures to ensure uniformity and data accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve data-related issues and discrepancies in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic understanding of data confidentiality and security principles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Knowledge of data validation techniques and data cleaning processes is a plus.
