Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Strategic Analysis: Collaborate on strategic initiatives, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to drive business impact.
• Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain dashboards to track business performance and product adoption, ensuring timely access to critical data.
• Data Insights: Deliver insights and analysis using statistical tools, and data visualization for business use cases, enabling data-driven decision-making for product and business teams.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product and Business managers to provide data support, aiding in decision-making processes.
• Data Automation: Automate data extraction processes by creating renormalized tables and data marts based on business and product requirements.

Requirements: 

• Strong proficiency in SQL, with the ability to construct complex and optimized queries.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Solid understanding of logical and analytical concepts in databases, schemas, and dimensional modeling.
• Basic understanding of scripting languages (R, Python, etc.).
• Experience with BI tools is a plus (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Working knowledge of data warehousing infrastructure tools like Hive is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science).
• 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, agile work environment.
