Goodspace.ai is hiring for the role of Data Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate :

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources (product, marketing, user behavior, etc.).
• Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports for internal teams.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support data-driven decision-making across product and business teams.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve data pipelines and ensure data accuracy.
• Conduct A/B tests, cohort analyses, funnel analyses, and performance tracking.
• Provide actionable insights to improve user journeys, retention, and job-matching outcomes.
• Support model evaluation and data preparation for AI/ML projects (basic exposure is enough).

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
• Strong skills in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience with analytical tools like Python/R is a plus (not mandatory).
• Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Metabase, Looker, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to present data clearly and translate complexity into actionable insights.
