Job Responsibilities:

• Data Collection & Cleaning: Gathering and preparing data from various sources, ensuring it’s accurate, complete, and ready for analysis.
• Automate Repetitive Tasks: Develop scripts or applications to automate data-related tasks (e.g., ETL processes, data collection, reporting).
• Reporting & Visualization: Create insightful visualizations to help stakeholders understand key patterns and trends within the data.
• Data Analysis: Using statistical techniques and tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R) to analyse and interpret data trends, patterns, and relationships.
• Predictive Modelling: Build a predictive model to identify customers with a higher propensity to convert for B2B and individual sales.
• Problem Solving: Identifying issues within datasets and proposing solutions for data-related challenges.
• Collaboration: Working with business teams to understand objectives and deliver data-driven recommendations that align with organizational goals.
• Optimization: Continuously improving data collection, analysis methods, and reporting processes to enhance eƯiciency and accuracy.

Qualification:

• Education: Master’s in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Healthcare Analytics, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in data science

Skills:

• Proven experience in statistical analysis & predictive modelling
• Analytical Skills: Strong background in statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimental design
• Communication: Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for healthcare teams and executives
• Problem-Solving: Ability to tackle complex healthcare problems, formulating creative solutions using data-driven approaches
• Experience in healthcare analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and reporting preferred.
• Solid knowledge of SQL for querying and managing databases
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or other data science tools/languages is preferred
