Analytics Vidhya is hiring for the role of Data Analyst!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Analyze learner data to identify engagement trends and churn risks.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track key performance metrics (NPS, usage, engagement).
- Work closely with the Customer Success Team to generate actionable insights.
- Develop automated reports to support timely decision-making.
- Perform A/B tests on engagement strategies and assess outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Python, SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in EdTech, SaaS, or a customer-facing role is a plus.
- Ability to translate data into actionable business insight.
