Lenskart is hiring for the role of Data Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Oversee the dissemination of key program monitoring data, such as organizational dashboards, etc.
• Demonstrate leadership capacity to work within a team and draft deliverables effectively.
• Collaborate closely with Data Engineers to add necessary transformations for reports using technologies like DBT.
• Engage in MIS functions that require independent analysis of data.
• Create various internal reports, trackers, product mapping, end customer mapping, and team mapping.
• Support the development of database specifications using gathered information.
• Build and maintain BI tools, reports, and dashboards to support business needs.
• Conduct data quality audits and quality assurance assessments.
• Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques.
• Produce client-ready presentations with critical data points highlighted.
• Collaborate with team members to fulfill data analysis and reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain customer insights dashboards based on understanding customer dynamics.
• Document business data sources for referencing in the development of data visualizations.
• Lead data summaries and aggregation for monthly and quarterly reporting requirements.
• Work on research projects, patents, and academic publications for conferences/journals.

Requirements:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Proficient in data analysis and modern relational databases.
• Experience in working with SQL and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
• Strong interpersonal skills with exceptional communication abilities.
