Lubrizol is hiring for the role of Data Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, SAC, Excel.
• Assist in data preparation, cleaning, and transformation to support visualization efforts : Gather data from various sources (structured and unstructured) and validate to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in visual reports and dashboards.
• Monitor dashboard performance and update visualizations as business needs evolve.
• Document visualization processes and maintain version control of reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements and visual solutions.
• Run ad-hoc analyses on requests

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in analytical roles in a global or multinational environment.
• Extensive number literacy and knowledge of analytics
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with VBA knowledge
• Experience with data visualization tools like powerBI (or Tableau or Qlik Sense) or SAP analytics cloud reporting and visualization tool
• Knowledge of programming languages like DAX, SQL, Python
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for presenting data clearly.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
• Good to have knowledge of data modeling and database concepts.
